These were so good, some of us were threatening to hide them from everyone else!
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
- 2 T cinnamon
- 3 tsp ground ginger (I used more)
- 1 T maple syrup
- 2 T blackstrap molasses
- ½ tsp Himalayan or sea salt (I used a little more)
(all organic, of course)
Instructions:
- Add walnut and oats to food processor; mix til grainy
- Add dates and process til dough forms
- Add rest of ingredients
- Remove from processor and roll into balls
