Ginger Bites

These were so good, some of us were threatening to hide them from everyone else!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 3 tsp ground ginger (I used more)
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 2 T blackstrap molasses
  • ½ tsp Himalayan or sea salt (I used a little more)

(all organic, of course)

Instructions:

  • Add walnut and oats to food processor; mix til grainy
  • Add dates and process til dough forms
  • Add rest of ingredients
  • Remove from processor and roll into balls
