Easy, peazy, and what a hit!
Ingredients:
- 2 # raw shrimp, drained
- 1 stick butter (I used Irish)
- 1 lemon
- salt, pepper, cayenne
Instructions:
- Set oven to 350 degrees F, place butter in lasagna pan, and put pan in oven.
- Slice lemon very thin.
- Once butter is melted, take out pan, sprinkle seasonings and lay the lemon slices across the pan. Put the shrimp on top, spread out as evenly as possible.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
