Lemon Shrimp

Easy, peazy, and what a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 2 # raw shrimp, drained
  • 1 stick butter (I used Irish)
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, pepper, cayenne

Instructions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F, place butter in lasagna pan, and put pan in oven.
  2. Slice lemon very thin.
  3. Once butter is melted, take out pan, sprinkle seasonings and lay the lemon slices across the pan.  Put the shrimp on top, spread out as evenly as possible.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
