That’s a good question. Energy work, because it is so deeply connected to the real you, can start working in an instant. Depending on what needs to be done, how ready the problem – be it physical, ancestral, mental, spiritual, emotional… – is to shift is a factor. Generally, clients book an hour or so for a private healing session, and we can cover anywhere from one to several issues in that time. There have been situations, especially in Metamorphosis, where one issue took a few hours for a complicated, deeply entrenched, multi-layered ancestral situation. While that seems like a long time, considering how much time it would take to get to the same place (if you even could) with conventional approaches, it is miniscule.
