I’ve had a lot of different kinds of help/healing. They’ve all been helpful. Throughout my life, I have had ongoing issues with uterine fibroids and cysts on my left ovary, and pain on the left side above my pelvic bone.  After Kaaren instructed me to lie palms of my hands facing upward, she immediately went to the left area above my pelvic bone; the same area that I have struggled with my whole life.  She first noted a dark smokey substance which she cleared, and then she noticed a V embedded in the area.  She herself voiced that she didn’t understand what it was.  It was then that she noted that my Guide was eager to also remove it.  She implied that it has been there for a long time.  With the help of my Guardian, they worked on removing it. At this point, I could feel energy and a tingling sensation from the area.

After working on the area, Kaaren went on to try and get the story behind the V.  It was then that she began to ask me questions about a porch which was not painted.  She described an image of an older man in detail.  My mind went to an older woman who lived on a farm.  She baby-sat me as a child.  I remembered her warmly, yet I have always believed I had experienced trauma as a child and throughout my search I would think of this woman’s farm.  After questions back and forth, it became clearer that there was truth in my concern.  Though we didn’t delve into the events, there was a sense of clarity and relief that I may uncover this deep rooted trauma I have labored to uncover.

After clearing this area, she noticed a red cloud in my head.  She asked me whether I was having any problems.  I shared that for the past two years I had experienced moments of heaviness when I was between being awake and sleep.  She then asked if I took calcium.  I told her I had stopped a couple years ago but I used to take it every day for years.  She worked on that area and then told me to start taking calcium with magnesium again and it should help with the problem.

As these questions were shared, I felt an energy or tingling sensation on my left cheek.  After feeling this sensation, Kaaren asked me if I felt something on my left cheek.  She shared that it was my Guardian Angel touching my cheek.  I also felt an energy on my right side.  She again shared my Guardian was on my right side leaning into me.  At this time, Kaaren shared that my guardian had been waiting for this moment.  She then asked for me lean my body towards my guardian angel and to just allow myself to absorb his energy.  It was such a wonderful sensation.

It was then that my Guardian wanted me to know that I was not alone that there were three other Guides very active in my life.  At this time, they all encircled me and I took time to acknowledge their existence.  Kaaren shared characteristics about my Guardian Angel.  She shared that he was a part of my daily activities and she listed them.  There was a point she shared, “I think he really wants you to know he is with you while you’re driving.”  Reflecting on my reading, I wonder if she was referring to me walking on my street.  I walk often and I find my deepest thoughts are done while walking.  I also wondered if he needed me to know that he was present in an almost fatal accident that occurred in my youth.  This accident had a profound affect on my life.

Lastly, Kaaren was revealed images of me writing on the wall.  She encouraged me to continue art which I had immersed myself in for months prior.  She encouraged me to continue art work and through that medium my life path would be revealed to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by my reading.  There was a sense of clarity and relief.  It validated many questions.  Out of everything, I will always treasure the connection she allowed me to make with my Guardian.  She encouraged me to call on him more.  Hours after the reading I felt elated.  I was very pleased.”  ~Liz G.I would like to add to my testimonial that I wrote some time ago endorsing Kareen’s gifts as an intuitive healer.  I have been working with Kaaren for four years and have experienced miracles along the way.  My lab work from October of 2012 showed significant movement forward.  One antibody marker for thyroid disease is the Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Marker.  Mine has been consistently in a range of between 1000-1100 for at least two years.  On October 17, 2012 it fell to 282 points, still above normal, which is between 5 and 34 on this particular lab’s values, but greatly improved.  On February 25, 2013, my level was even lower at 261.  Additionally, Kaaren had been working over a period of months to bring my growth hormone level into balance.  I have a pituitary tumor that has been excreting elevated levels of growth hormone, which can have serious health consequences.  My levels were consistently dropping while Kaaren worked to balance this hormone.  In March of 2012, my level was 257.  On October 17th 2012, for the first time in over a year, my level was within the normal range–reading 170 points.   A normal range is between 45-173.  On February 25, 2013, my level was 165 points–the lowest to date.  Further, I am now taking half my previous dose of Cortef, a medication that is prescribed to replace cortisol when the adrenals no longer manufacture adequate supplies due to adrenal burn out.  I have been taking a dose of 20 milligrams daily for six years.  During the past year, I have been able to wean down to 15 milligrams and as of October of 2012, I am now stabile while taking 10 milligrams of Cortef.  This is a sure sign that my adrenals are recovering.  In addition, I have had a long history of food intolerance as measured by the ALCAT, the gold standard for this type of testing.  For years, I typically reacted to approximately 60 foods.  My recent blood testing done in May of 2012 through Metametrix, another reliable lab, found that I had a mild or moderate reaction to only four foods.  Zyto testing on March 5, 2013 confirmed a reaction to ten foods most of which were mild and required abstention for only four weeks.  I have been diagnosed with osteopenia, which is a condition that often leads to osteoporosis.  My Dexa Scan (Bone Desitometry) done on August 23 of 2012 was compared to my prior scan, which was done on March 9, 2011.  I quote from the report, “Bone mineral density values for the total left hip and left femoral neck are compatible with the diagnosis of osteopenia by WHO definition.
