How does my physical body relate to energy work?
Your physical body is “home base”. Everything related to your other aspects (mental, emotional, spiritual, Higher Self, etc.) ties in there, so any improvement in those areas via energy work will bring improvement to your physical self. Whether it is a trumpet blast or a butterfly wing touch – or somewhere in between – in terms of how you “notice” it varies.
What types of issues can be worked on holistically?
The holistic approach is viable for any and all issues. Well, if you have a broken leg, you better head to the ER. 🙂 Seriously, spiritual, emotional, physical, mental – they all are connected, and all can be addressed via energy work, which, after all, is the greater part of everything in the Universe.
